Recent reports prepared by the Instituto de la Grasa (Institute of Food Lipids) in Seville, a leading laboratory working with olive oil which forms part of the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC), corroborate the findings that extra virgin olive oil packaged in metal containers (cans) maintain their nutritional and organoleptic properties for a longer time. These objective reasons together with others of equal importance such as deluxe presentation make the can a very appealing alternative for the HORECA channel. Moreover, by once again anticipating market demand, GRUPO AUXIMARA have adapted their entire range of oil cans with capacity of up to 1l to the requirements of Spanish Royal Decree 895/2013, which means that our ¼ l, ½ l, ¾ l and 1l rectangular cans; ½ l and 1l round cans; and our exclusive 500ml and 1l oleopack are now ready to comply with the new law.
